Homemade Mayonnaise

A quick and easy recipe that easily surpasses any mayo you can find in stores and without any of the added ingredients!

Equipment

  • 1 mason jar
  • Immersion Blender
  • Measuring Cups & Spoons

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large eggs room temperature
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp red or white wine vinegar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 cups avocado oil
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp cane sugar

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into your glass jar
  • Insert an immersion blender into the jar and slowly blend up and down until mayo is mixed well
  • Adjust to your taste
  • Store in an airtight glass jar and store in the refrigerator
