Homemade Mayonnaise
A quick and easy recipe that easily surpasses any mayo you can find in stores and without any of the added ingredients!

1 mason jar
Immersion Blender
Measuring Cups & Spoons
- 2 large eggs room temperature
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp red or white wine vinegar
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 cups avocado oil
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp cane sugar
Place all ingredients into your glass jar
Insert an immersion blender into the jar and slowly blend up and down until mayo is mixed well
Adjust to your taste
Store in an airtight glass jar and store in the refrigerator
