This homemade mayonnaise recipe is incredibly easy to make and almost impossible to get wrong. I got the idea to make my own mayo when I noticed that my favorite brand of organic mayo had slowly increased an additional $5 a jar, over the past year or so. I refused to continue to pay that so I decided to learn how to make it myself.
All it is is eggs, dijon mustard, avocado oil, fresh lemon juice, salt, cane sugar, & red wine. Not only does it taste better, but it is MUCH better for you without the added gums and preservatives that store-bought mayos have in them.
Now you can make as much mayo as you need and simply store it in an airtight jar in the refrigerator.
I used all organic ingredients which gave me a great-tasting organic mayonnaise at a fraction of the cost.
